The room is part of the practice
Cadence creates group coaching circles for people doing the hardest work — to be witnessed, challenged, restored, and returned to a rhythm that can actually be held.
Why a group? Why now?
There is something that happens when you're in a room — virtual or physical — with people who already understand the terrain. You don't have to translate. You don't have to justify the weight of what you're holding. Your nervous system knows the difference between being witnessed and being managed, and it responds accordingly.
Cadence groups are built for that kind of recognition.
They offer the co-regulation, reflection, and practice that make sustainable action possible, especially for people whose work doesn’t stop just because they’re exhausted.
Rooted
For Black women navigating burnout, the weight of the Strong Black Woman trope, and the particular exhaustion of doing critical work in bodies that are never quite off duty.
Rooted is a container for return — to yourself, to your rhythm, to the parts of you that existed before the work claimed them.

Reclaiming Resilience
A coaching circle for harm reduction + public health workers
For the people working at the intersection of crisis, policy, and human need — where the caseload is always too high, the resources are always too thin, and the personal cost of caring is rarely counted.
Reclaiming Resilience is built for practitioners who need more than self-care advice.
